When someone in the market to buy property comes to Wohlfarth & Associates, we help determine how much he or she can spend. We take the time to educate clients about current market conditions, the impact of a building’s mortgage structure and financial history including major capital improvements, maintenance, and assessments, as well as the percentage of apartments already sold.
We also aid in obtaining the best possible financing by researching banks for the most attractive rates. In addition, we eliminate the anxiety generated in seeking board approval by gathering and organizing all of the necessary information and supporting documentation to submit to the board in a timely fashion.

Seller’s Market

For sellers who list with Wohlfarth & Associates, our goal is to get the highest possible price for the property with the best possible terms. We provide the most current pricing available through our computer network that includes up-to-date sales information, anticipated market direction, and personal appraisal of co-ops, condos, townhouses and lofts. For exclusive sales we immediately co-broke the property throughout the city with the help of our extensive list of close real estate industry contacts.
